Most work happens in the Good Life Photo Solutions office in Fort Worth, TX. Sometimes we work directly with clients in their homes. It all depends on the project and what needs to be accomplished.

Andi Willis, our chief photo organizer, has been a member of The Photo Managers since 2014 and is a Certified Personal Photo Organizer.

Because technology is always changing, we continually take classes and attend conferences and workshops to learn and grow in the field.

And of course, we love your photos and the stories they tell.

This is a very hard question to answer because each photo organizing project is different. The best thing for us to do is have a conversation so I can have a better understanding of your needs and goals. Then we can talk about the estimated cost.

That’s a tricky question. My ambiguous answer is, it all depends. Every project is different, and some present issues we can’t foresee at the beginning. I will do my best to complete your project in a timely manner, keeping you updated on the process on a regular basis.

We are proficient in both Mac and PC (but honestly, Mac and the Apple ecosystem are our favorites).

Yes, we can. We have been using Macs for many years and are well versed in Apple Photos and the Apple Ecosystem

Not necessarily. The goal is to help you organize and preserve your photos as cost-effectively as possible. We make recommendations, but it is always your choice whether to purchase products or not.

All scanning of printed photos, negatives, slides, photo albums, and scrapbooks is done in-house at our Fort Worth, TX office. We never mail your treasured items anywhere to be digitized.

No, we are not. We love family photos, but we aren't pro photographers. However, we don’t let that hold us back from capturing our own family’s memories.

We accept checks, PayPal, Venmo, ACH, and credit cards.

Andi helped scan, organize and create photo and video libraries for all my photos and videos. Now it's easy and fun to view all photos and videos through the years.
