Preserve Your Family’s Legacy with Personal Photo Coaching

Preserve Your Family’s Legacy with Personal Photo Coaching | Good Life Photo Solutions

Are you drowning in a sea of photos—both digital and print—but don’t know how to start organizing them? Maybe you’ve inherited generations of family pictures and feel a deep responsibility to preserve them, yet the sheer volume leaves you paralyzed. Or perhaps you just want a streamlined way to enjoy and share your favorite memories, but you’re afraid of making a mistake.

You’re not alone, and we have the perfect solution just for you: Personal Photo Coaching.

Why Consider Personal Photo Coaching?

In today’s digital world, it’s easier than ever to accumulate thousands of photos spread across various devices and platforms. Add inherited family albums, and it’s no wonder so many people feel overwhelmed!

This over-abundance often leads to feelings of responsibility for preserving your family’s legacy but also feelings of overwhelm. You may not know how to get started, or you may be afraid of doing something wrong.

Here at Good Life Photo Solutions, we created our Personal Photo Coaching to provide personalized guidance tailored to your specific project and goals.

During a Personal Photo Coaching session, we can assist you with:

  • Organizing your digital and print photos: Together, we develop a system that makes it easy to locate and enjoy your favorite moments.
  • Understanding photo management tools: Gain confidence in using scanners or software like Apple Photos to manage your collection.
  • Creating memory books: Turn your photos into beautiful keepsakes that can be shared with family and friends.
  • Implementing backup solutions: Ensure your photos are safely stored and protected against loss.

Who Can Personal Photo Coaching Help?

Over the years, we’ve worked with clients around the world on a wide variety of projects. Each person has a unique story, a different goal, and a challenge they want to overcome, which is why our Personal Photo Coaching is tailored to each individual client.

Tom, the family genealogist, wanted the best way to preserve and store his incredible collection of legacy photographs and memorabilia. After our sessions, he called our time together “photo therapy!”

Betsy had multiple projects, including creating photo books to celebrate her sister’s 80th birthday and commemorating her unforgettable trip to Central America—as a clown! Her joy for life is contagious, and working with her is always so much fun.

Angie’s story was bittersweet. Diagnosed with advanced breast cancer, she wanted to leave her family an organized photo collection as part of her legacy. When she passed recently, it was a small comfort to know her family could cherish those preserved memories.

The list could go on and on. Every one of our personal photo coaching clients comes to us with a different goal and a different problem they want to solve. Our goal is to listen to the client, meet them where they are at, and help them develop a plan to move their project forward.

Some clients book just one session and run with it. Others work with us over multiple sessions for accountability and ongoing support. No matter your needs, we love seeing the progress and joy that comes from preserving memories.

How Does Personal Photo Coaching Work?

The process is straightforward and designed with your convenience in mind:

  1. Schedule a Session: Choose a time that suits you for a one-hour remote coaching session via phone or computer screen sharing.
  2. Pre-Session Preparation: Complete a client questionnaire to help our team understand your goals and challenges.
  3. Personalized Coaching: Engage in a focused session either via Zoom or by phone in which our experts provide professional advice and resources tailored to your project.
  4. Follow-Up Support: Access additional resources and guidance as needed to keep you on track.

A one-hour remote coaching session is $100—a small price for the peace of mind that comes with knowing your memories are safe, organized, and ready to be enjoyed.

I am getting ready to upgrade my computer from Windows 10 to 11. Can you tell me what are the specs I would need for the computer to be able to scan photos?

Hi, Betty. I would recommend a 1 TB internal hard drive with a minimum of 16GB of RAM (32GB is preferable). More RAM is always a good investment.
