When you trust us with your family’s photos and videos, we take that responsibility seriously. All items are handled in our own offices: not shipped to an unknown location. On the rare occasion that something requires a partner, we’ll always let you know in advance. And once a project is complete, we keep a backup copy for one year as an extra layer of protection.
