Why Work With Good Life Photo Solutions? Here’s What Sets Us Apart
If you’re sitting on years of unorganized photos — boxes of prints, a phone full of digital files, slides that haven’t seen daylight in decades — you’re not alone. Most people know they want to tackle this someday. They just aren’t sure where to start, or whether hiring someone is really worth it.
That’s exactly what this post is for.
Whether you’ve been comparing us to a big-box scanning service, wondering if you could manage it yourself, or just feeling stuck, here’s what you should know about working with Good Life Photo Solutions.
We tailor everything to you — no cookie-cutter packages.
Every family is different. Every photo collection is different. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether you need a little guidance to get started on your own or want someone to handle the entire project from start to finish, we can meet you exactly where you are. A little help or a lot — we’ll figure out what fits.
We offer a free consultation, no pressure.
Handing your family’s precious memories over to someone new is a big deal. We understand that. That’s why every new client starts with a free phone or Zoom call where we can talk through your photos, your goals, and any concerns you have. It’s also just a chance to get to know each other — and make sure we’re a good fit before anything else happens.
We do this all day long.
Do you have time to research the most efficient way to organize a digital photo library spanning 30 years? Do you have the equipment to convert your family’s home movies? We do. Good Life Photo Solutions has the tools and expertise to handle virtually any memory-related project you can bring us — and on the rare occasion something falls outside our wheelhouse, we have a trusted network of partners who can help.
We are an established business with certified experts.
Good Life Photo Solutions has been helping families preserve their memories since 2010. Owner and lead photo organizer Andi Willis holds the designation of Certified Professional Photo Organizer through The Photo Managers, the leading professional organization in the industry. We’re also committed to continuing education — staying current on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices so you have access to the most up-to-date expertise available.
We offer a wide range of services.
Everyone’s needs and goals are different so we offer a wide variety of services.
- Family Legacy Collections for people with generations of photos and videos
- Digital Photo Organizing
- Print Photo Organizing
- Scanning of print photos, slides, negatives and scrapbooks
- Video Digitization
- Personal Photo Coaching
We keep your memories safe.
When you trust us with your family’s photos and videos, we take that responsibility seriously. All items are handled in our own offices — not shipped to an unknown location. On the rare occasion that something requires a partner, we’ll always let you know in advance. And once a project is complete, we keep a backup copy for one year as an extra layer of protection.
In short: we treat your memories like our own.
Getting started is easier than you might think. If any of this resonates, we’d love to hear from you. A free consultation is the perfect first step — no obligation, just a conversation about your photos and how we might be able to help. Your memories are worth it.
