Photo Scanning Prices
$0.85/ea – 0 to 999 photos
$0.75/ea – 1,000+ photos
These prices are for loose pictures, 8”x10” or smaller. Any images that need to be scanned in situ in an album are $.95 per image regardless of quantity.
Any images larger than 8”x10” (including 12”x12” scrapbook pages) are a minimum of $3 per image or $7 per page. Extremely large images will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. These prices include scanning, cropping of entire page (not of individual images on a page), image rotation, and minor color correction.
Slides and negatives are $0.85 per slide/image.
Any additional organizing (cropping of individual images, removing photos from albums, adding specialty file names, tagging people, adding metadata, more involved color correction and restoration, etc.) is billed at the standard hourly rate.
Files are returned by Dropbox link (no charge) or USB ($15 per USB).
Minimum scanning charge is $50 regardless of number of items to be scanned.
All photos and slides are scanned in the Good Life Photo Solutions office using professional scanning equipment. They are never shipped away. Each image is handled carefully and individually by our staff in our Fort Worth, TX office.
Not local? Don’t worry. You can ship your items to us and we’ll send your digital files and original items back to you (shipping fee not included).
What’s Included
Your Photos Preserved
All images will be scanned in full color at 600 dpi as jpegs. Slides and negatives are scanned at 3000dpi.
A copy of your files is stored in our system for one year after your order is completed.
Your Digital Copy
All your digital files will be placed on a USB drive or external hard drive (additional cost); extra USBs are $15 each.
