The Hand-Off
Local to Southeastern Virginia? We can arrange a pickup or dropoff.
Not local? You can mail your items to us — clients from all over the country and around the world do this regularly. We’ll walk you through exactly how to pack and ship safely.
Once we receive your items, we’ll complete a full inventory and provide you with an estimate based on your items and project scope.

Your memories never leave our hands. We scan everything in-house using professional-grade equipment. We don’t just hit “go” — we individually rotate, crop, and provide basic color correction to ensure your photos look their best. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is handled carelessly.

Secure Delivery
Your new digital archive is delivered via a secure download link or a custom USB drive. Finally, your original physical items are safely returned to you in safe archival storage if desired.

What Does Scanning Cost?
Here’s a straightforward look at the pricing for our white-glove, personalized scanning service. All scans include cropping, rotating, and basic color correction.
Minimum scanning charge: $50 (before delivery method).
Pricing above is for scan-ready items. If you need physical organizing, removal from albums or carousels, additional color correction, restoration, metadata tagging, or custom file naming, that work is billed at $100/hour.
Final Delivery Options:
- Digital download link — $30 (active for 30 days)
- USB drive — $30 each
- External hard drive — starts at $150 each (solid state, varies by size)
